Maintain a log of all telephone, email and mail enquiries received and prepare a report to Australand identifying the issues or comments raised.

Prepare a register of the community consultation process. This register will detail all aspects of the consultation process including copies of newspaper advertisements, newsletters, registration lists of attendees at consultation events, content of all telephone, email and mail enquiries, transcripts of consultation events.

Ensure that any material forwarded to our offices about the Duntroon Avenue Project is forwarded through to Australand for response.

Take every care to ensure that the comments raised by the community are faithfully represented and recorded. We are pleased for you to advise us of any mistakes or omissions and we will amend our records accordingly.
