Australand engaged Urban Concepts to assist with the community consultation process for the Duntroon Avenue site. Urban Concepts specialises in undertaking community consultation for development and town planning related projects.

Through the consultation process Urban Concepts is aiming to establish a dialogue with local residents, property owners and businesses that will enable community concerns and ideas to be relayed directly into the design process. This will ensure that the
final design solution for the site is suitably responsive to community issues.
