The Duntroon Avenue website provides information about the Duntroon Avenue, St Leonards project. A copy of the notice of determination is provided under the development application tab.

The website was established during the design phase and as a result contains significant background information on the project.

Please refer to the construction update tab for information relating to development of the site post approval.

The website is managed by Australand and was prepared with the assistance of Urban concepts. Urban Concepts specialises in undertaking community consultation for planning and development projects and was engaged by Australand to coordinate the community consultation process for the Duntroon Avenue project during the preparation of the development application.
