DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

Australand lodged a development application with Lane Cove Council on 17 February 2006. An Information Pack was prepared which included a brief summary of the proposal. A full copy of the DA documentation can be viewed at Lane Cove Council. The Information Pack included the following documents:

The development application was approved by Council on 19 June 2006, subject to conditions. A copy of the notice of determination issued by council is provided below:

A Section 96 modification has been lodged with Lane Cove Council on 1st April 2009.

The submission relates to changing the apartment types by reducing the number of 2 bedroom and increasing the number of 1 bedroom apartments.
